Whilst carrying out research for my web brief. I realised that when I was in Thailand during Art Foundation I actually watched sugar cane be extracted from the plant there. This was fascinating and we were able to actually sample it afterwards. One of my tutors video recorded most of our trip out there so I have been in contact with him, and have had success. I will be able to post the video hopefully in a couple of weeks time when he returns from Hong Kong as this would be perfect primary research for my website.
